Beautiful, extremely well made, comfortable
Cannot praise these boots enough; not only are they as well constructed and comfortable as all my Bean boots - they make me smile when wearing them. The red is a statement color and livens up my jeans. I've been wanting this color for awhile so when they went on sale, I grabbed them.

My ruby red slippers!
I finally got my red bean boots! I have wanted these for years, ever since i saw them in O magazine on Oprah. They were discontinued but now theyre back and i have them! Im so happy! Theyre a beautiful shade of red and fit just right. So comfortable. This is my version of Dorothys red slippers!

Very comfortable and also tragically cool! 😎 I had a red pair with tan leather top about 25 or 30 years ago which I wore out. I've been waiting for a red pair to be offered since then. Woohoo!

Fits true to size
Currently I am really enjoying these boots. I am size 8.5 and ordered 8.5, and my foot is not narrow.. more regular medium. They fit well. One thing, I wish it had better arch support.

There is much more to this boot than being cute!
The recommendation for ordering a size down was spot on. They fit perfectly and I still have enough toe room to add the sherpa insole of wear a thicker sock for added warmth, but regular socks fit just fine. Plus, great arch support and they are malleable so easy to walk in plus the leather is soft and supple too. And the shoestrings fit! Non-issue. Evidentially they corrected that mishap. I wore these to work, and I was comfortable all day! That is amazing in itself. I was testing them and zero issues! And last but not least, they are super cute, and I love the leather heart detail. Nice touch! Thanks guys! I could not be happier with my purchase.
