Love the fit, but should have listened to other reviewers about the fabric. The polyester threads showed up on the first wearing as long strings & balls.

Bought two in different colors, really liked the fit and feel, until yesterday when I noticed they were both starting to pill. This really bothers me. There is no stopping or correcting this issue, just a lot of time spent removing the pilling, knowing this will become a never ending process, and makes me question the quality I am getting from L.L. Bean

Mediocre?
I have had this a few weeks. It is a nice light weight. However just after a few days wear it started shedding these long fibers, similar to a spider’s web. It continues to do this. Very strange. Also there is no elastic at the wrists, whicb would have been nice.

I love this jacket
I love this sweater jacket! It’s longer than my previous favorite, the quilted full zip jacket. The collar is higher and even though the fabric is not bulky, it is warmer than the other one. It washes nicely, is cozy, and very practical.

Exactly the weight and fabric I needed .
I haven't washed it yet but the med weight is just perfect for warm/cool spring days.
