Jeans Don't Shrink Like They Used To
I bought these jeans last fall -- same style, same size as I've been buying for years. I'm in between sizes, so I've always counted on the jeans to shrink a little with repeat washings, and they always have. Not this time! These have been washed repeatedly, even using hot water and drying on high. They're still too big, particularly in the length.
Most people would be happy their jeans don't shrink, but not me. The inseams only come in even number sizes, so the next size down would be two inches shorter. That's too short. Too bad they don't come in more inseam lengths 'cause I like these jeans a lot.

I’ve been wearing Bean jeans for 30+ years! Have loved them since the very beginning! Vey durable and comfortable. Use them casually as well as for outdoor work.

Off sizing . 32 “ inseam was not . More like 34. Second pair of these so should have known better . Second to be tailored as was the first to shorten.

Great fit in an all-cotton jean
Bean's Double-L jeans are just about the best fit for me, and don't require any alterations. The fit through the waist and thighs are perfect after the first wash...and they are one of the few jeans brands that still make a 28 inch inseam. The material is soft and pliable...and does not have any stretch. If that's what you're looking for, then these are a great choice.

I ordered 2 pair, a 38 waist a 40 waist. The. 38 waist fit better. These are very good pants, but I wish the pockets were slightly deeper and thatthey were slightly less roomy at the hip. I still prefer my Levi’s. I think the Levis model is 514.

Nice weight
These are the best fitting Bean jeans that I've bought over the years, I'm 79 and LL Bean are the only jeans that I wear. I look forward to summer, the lighter weight should be more comfortable in the heat.
