Beautiful coat
I bought this for my 16 yr old who really dislikes wearing coats. She’s incredibly picky, but really liked the style of this duffel coat. She wore it on a trip to NYC for broadway shows and dinners. While it was cold and snowy, it kept her warm, happy, and looking stylish. It has a slight body contour she likes and the wool fabric is very nice. It’s a keeper.

Bad zipper.
Coat is very good quality but the zipper doesn’t work. I returned the first thinking it was a fluke but the second coat had the same problem. Very disappointing.

Excellent quality and fit
The coat fits well with nice lines that are cut to give some shape instead of looking boxy. The quality is fantastic and the coat is warm without the bulk. Would definitely buy again.

Love the coat, hate the zipper
The coat is warm and comfortable, just the right size, but the zipper requires multiple tries to get it going. Not good when I'm rushing trying to get out the door.

Pretty, but bad zipper
I love the look and feel. I've had issues with the zipper since day one. It doesn't zip up or down smoothly and I end up struggling with it. I've resorted to only using the toggles to close the coat
