My Mittens
I’ve had these for a month now, at first I thought they were to small, but I was wrong they fit nicely, they do an excellent job keeping my hands warm and the leather is very flexible

Not a great fit
Purchased these to replace a pair I owned many years ago. I carefully followed the instructions for measuring, and bought a pair of large. The hand portion fits well, the thumb is quite tight. I am hoping that the material will stretch enough through use to make them comfortable. They seem to be well made, but I’ve only worn them a couple of times.

Don't Cut Your Hikes Short
I tried several other retailers' gloves and continued to have cold hands while on hikes in northern Michigan this Winter . . . until I was gifted L. L. Bean's Buckskin Chopper Mitts. No cutting my hikes short anymore. Dan Herriman, Northport, Michigan

Warm and dry
I bought these mittens to use instead of winter gloves when I'm shoveling or walking/hiking. So far they are fantastic, just what I was hoping for. They keep my hands much warmer than gloves, and the buckskin keeps them dry and seems very durable.
One downside is that the two layers sometimes come apart a bit when I pull the mittens off my hands, especially if I'm sweaty, but it's manageable and worth the benefits for me.

Warm, tough, comfortable
Got these to replace some fleece mits I had worn through. Expect I won't have to replace these.

Great mittens
A little tight to put on and inconvenient to use when driving but unbelievably perfect for long walks in subzero weather. Also, you can wear the mittens by themselves.

The first pair were too big; I haven't gotten the replacement pair yet. Ask me after I get them.
