Great boots
I've owned these for about 4 months, bought just in time for mud season in Maine. I have literally worn them most of every day since and will beJeezum these are great boots.
I have difficult feet to fit (hi arches) and I regularly rotate through Bates and Merrill. Both have too many compromises. These boots from Beans are:-comfortable on all pressure points, -soft on the inside and well padded-very supportive for all outside activities-seemingly well made. No signs of product failure or wear yet. They are also waterproof. I stepped in a pile of "organic materia" on the shore and sank up to the top of the boot in the worst smelling glop ever, and after a good washing and drying, good as new today. My only nit is the laces-I'm in my very very late 60s and remember laces that worked, i.e. stayed tied without crazy knots. These don't, but there are some design features that help getting a solid lock know in place. Great boots.

a real good foot piece. I an now waiting to order two new pair for my school crossing expedition. These boots are excellent walking gear also. Comfy, fun, H20 proof and in general good for the feet

Comfortable, great tread.
I bought these two months ago right after knee replacement surgery. In the last few weeks I'm finally able to put them on and go out in the wood with the dog. Very happy with them. Need very little breaking it. Comfortable. Easy to put on. Exceptional tread, which is important to me since I'm still a little unstable when I walk.
