Super soft and washes well
I love the softness of the cotton and it washes and lasts well compared to other cheaper cottons. They are great for layering sweaters because the cotton protects sensitive skin from wool sweaters.

Fits a long torso ❣️
Finally a Pima cotton tee in women’s sizes for a person with a long torso. Had given up and was going with the men’s tees. But to wear out and about the women’s styles are so much better. I had even bought the tunics without success. You can’t beat these Pima cotton tees if you can find one that fits right. Won’t be putting this shirt in the dryer to keep the length. So very happy. If you’re tall and have long torso it’s difficult. This shirt actually could use another inch but not gonna complain. I wonder why they don’t make the women’s shirts in tall, and regular like they do mens?

Soft fabric, but off sizing
These shirts are soft and feel good on my skin. They do shrink one full size if they spend any time in a dryer on any level of heat. If you line dry, they don't shrink too much. I'm 5'4" and 105 pounds. I ordered 2 extra smalls, and one was noticeably smaller than the other. Both were fine in the body and very tight in the sleeves and the sleeves were 1.5 inches shorter in one shirt than the other. I sent them both back because it was too dicey whether I'd be able to wear with even minimal shrinkage. I don't really mind the sleeve length discrepancy, but the sleeve tightness is a deal breaker. I also ordered 2 shirts of the LL Bean non-Pima variety. The Pima are much softer than the non-Pima shirts but ALL the shirts shrink and have sleeve length discrepancies from shirt to shirt.

It looks a bit more substantial than some of the pima tees I've been disappointed with. I haven't washed it yet, so don't know how it will hold up, and hope it doesn't stretch out like some of the others have. So I think this will hold up, but I miss the more substantial fabrics that LLB used to offer., ones I still have that have lasted years.

I didn't really pay attention to when I ordered this...it is slightly fitted and I prefer relaxed. It seems that almost every tee shirt from L L Bean is SLIGHTLY FITTED! Not everyone is slender enough to wear these slightly fitted. Otherwise it is a nice looking tee shirt and the color is great.
