lightweight between season jacket
didn’t seek this jacket out, but when I found it, I thought it would be a perfect lightweight jacket. I like the length the quilting, the fabric, the dual zipper but I think it’s just a tad light for what I needed. That’s probably on me not L.L. Bean so far so good have not washed yet.

Bean Cozy Quilted Coat
Love this coat in petite size, so fit is perfect! The color is nice and especially loke the two-way zipper. Only flaw is no inside pocket to hold a phone or small wallet. Warm yet lightweight.

The gold zipper and gold in other places was garish. It spoiled the overall look of the coat.
A subtle brass color would've been good.

Light weight jacket for cool weather
If you don't need a heavy jacket to keep you really, really warm, this jacket is for you! I love the fit. It's comfortable to wear and feels good to touch. I thought it would work for me when I didn't want a heavy winter jacket. It's best for those times when it's cool but not cold out.

Zipper was annoying!
I am 5’8” , weigh 179lbs and purchased a size XL. I didn’t find this jacket comfortable and fit a bit too tight for me. I sent it back not because of this but because I was having a tough time with the zipper. It was difficult to zip up and I knew that it would annoy me over time. I gave it a 3 star rating because it was pretty (got the green) and look well made.

Cozy Quilted Coat
I like this coat very much except for the sleeves. They have a small elastic binding at the end. I would have preferred no binding (like my wool coat) or no binding but an inside knitted cuff. Otherwise, it is a good quality material. I'm sure I'll enjoy wearing it next winter.
