Tightening the waist string does not help
I grabbed these pants from the sale section after making a special trip to Freeport to purchase another pair of advertised pants which were not available as crops in the color I wanted. After I put them on, I remembered all too well that I had another pair of the same pant that I eventually threw away because they would not stay up!

Great 3 season casual pants
Love these pants, have 5 pair in different colors. I am 5 feet and 120 lbs and like the petite M. They wash beautifully and I air dry because of the elastic waist.
