Purchased for my brother. It is located just inside the front door where wet or snowy shoes first come into the home. It’s large enough so one can step in move aside and shut the door all while still on the mat. Wet stays off the new floor and is contained.

Thirsty but not thick
I’ve had multiple rugs from LL Bean. I like them because they stay in place and catch debris from our multiple entry house. Additionally, we have dogs; these rugs keep the floors dry without being thick—the doors will swing over them.
We use them in the garage, on our covered patio, and in the entryway inside. They come in so many sizes, patterns, and colors that can always find something that will match my current decor.
