This is my second one!
This is my second flannel robe from LL Bean. I got the tan plaid one this time, it's pretty. The first one lasted about 3 years. You have to know that about flannel. To get that awesome, cozy feel it will be brushed and oh so soft, and wearable all year. The fabric has to be thin flannel to be wearable all year. By the end of my first robe, it literally had rips and tears all over it. Mind you, I do have dogs with nails so that sped up the process. It was the same for flannel from other companies, it's just not going to be a long life robe. However, I still choose it because nothing beats the cozy comfort of flannel! This robe runs long, I am 5 ft 4 in and it nearly touches the floor. I like a robe to be loose so I got a a size up. I noted if I got my usual size it would have been tight in the shoulders. I use my robe as a throw often when lying on the sofa watching a movie, or during the night when bed covers are too hot for me. Nothing beats flannel for cozy comfort!

Lovely bath robe
I have been looking for a flannel bathrobe for some time and this one is lovely. Soft silky flannel, well made, nice plaid pattern. Great buy! The large size is actually a large not a size 10 as sizes go these days.

Honestly love it
I actually love this robe. Previously I had a LL Bean robe made of cotton jersey, and I wanted to replace it with a similar robe. Well, that doesn’t exist, apparently, so I ordered this one, expecting it to be too heavy. But surprise! It’s soft, it’s pretty, it’s both light and warm, and it falls nearly to my ankles (I’m 5’5”), which I love. I bought a large, which I hoped would be a bit oversized for me, and it is.
Maybe I’ll get my husband a matching robe, lol
