Our founder, L.L., first introduced genuine handsewn mocs 100 years ago in 1926, and we've made them better than ever before. We added a more flexible insole and upgraded the foam underfoot for immediate comfort right out of the box. A new leather sock liner molds to your foot over time for custom comfort and a barefoot feel. And new, high-quality leathers that start out comfy and get better the more you wear them.

Great shoes!
These camp mocs are much softer than the previous version. They almost feel like slippers when you wear them.

They have the look!
Comfortable. I'm glad I got the EE wide and a size 13. It gives me a little extra room for getting them on. My usual size is a tight 12. Well made leather and when they begin to wear, they will 'have the look.'

An old favorite past its prime
My family has been buying L.L. Bean products since the early 50s. I still wear a parka my parents bought me in high school in the 70s and it’s in great shape and performs well. I only have had two pairs of Camp Mocs because it took so long for the first pair to finally wear out. It was disappointing to buy a new pair and have the rubber sole go completely slick in just over two years, I can literally slide around on my kitchen floor in them like ice skates. They are unusable on my boat for that reason I have sent pairs of my hunting shoes to Freeport for re-soling but I guess these camp Camp Mocs are going in the garbage. It’s a shame because they are so comfortable and look great. The uppers are just starting to break in.. not sure what I will do to replace them.

Very comfortable
I've worn my new Camp Moc shoes several times since I received them a few weeks ago and am very pleased with them. They are comfortable and well fitting and I like the ability to adjust the fit by using the laces as the Mocs conform to my feet. I would greatly appreciate receiving some guidance on the care and maintenance of my Mocs.
