Inconvenienced and disappointed
I purchased two sweaters in different colors. One was incorrectly sized. Both marked Medium but one was much smaller. Returned. Desired color not available. Disappointing.

Favorite layer
So soft and cozy. It ‘s so versatile and actually regulates temperature really well so I can wear it and be comfortable as the temperature changes. Lightweight but warm so I can always have one with me when traveling. Love that it comes in tall sizes so the sleeve length is perfect.

Disappointed in Classic Cashmere Sweater.
I just received this sweater and was greatly dismayed upon opening the package. The sweater was not even in a bag. Part of the tag had been ripped off and the sleeves were winkled. Even on sale, this was a 100.00 item. I promptly returned the item. I expect more from LL Bean.
