Love the knit and fit, seams could be better
I have this sweater in teal, and love the knit and fit. It's a great 3-4 season piece, and the knit holds its shape much better than a lot if 100% cotton sweaters do. The shoulder seams are weird, though...they stick out rather than lie flat, and it's not clear if they are meant to create a slight puff sleeve, or if this is accidental. Still, I like the sweater a lot. I just wish we could have some brighter and warmer colors. This item has been available for a couple of years, but never in peach, yellow, salmon, carnation, raspberry, etc., and even the teal has turned into a drab army green. With better seaming and colors, I'd buy several of these.

Runs very large
I wear a L in the Bean Cashmere Crew, and so I ordered L in this sweater. It was huge. Measuring across the underarm, this sweater is 23.5" when a large in the similar cut Cashmere sweater is 20.5. I reordered a medium to see if that will work, and I'm hopeful because I like the weight/feel of the material.

Love Cashmere/Cotton Sweaters
I have a number of the CC turtlenecks and was happy to see both a crew and v-necks are being offered for Spring. I love too that these come in more colors than the T-necks. These are my favorite sweaters, Just the right amount of warmth w/out being bulky.

my third one...
This is the third sweater I've purchased in this style. I like the soft weight for three seasons ~ the sweater washes well ~ the shoulder style is a little strange, but offset by the plusses. NO pilling ~ YAY!
