Rated 4 out of 5 by from Maybe too flimsy? Agree with others that the thread used for the quilting is too flimsy. There are many knots on the outside of the quilt and the stitches are not very even. The fabric is also thin. We have decided to keep it, but I am curious to see how it will hold up. Other comments: I am not sure if the colors are distributed differently in different quilts, but ours is predominantly pink - would prefer more blues/greens. The ticking stripe backing clashes with the quilt - why not pick a matching color for the backing? The fabric is overall gauzy and flimsy, also not sure how it will hold up. Not sure this is "heirloom" quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful, soft, and cozy This is a lovely quilt. It is thicker and also several inches longer and wider than most queen size bed spreads. I washed it in my front loading washer with no problems and also dried it in the dryer (I really don’t have anywhere to hang something of this size). I used a low temp and it came out fine. The only downside is the stitches are quite large and may start coming loose at sometime, but that wouldn’t prevent me from recommending it or buying it again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Conflicted review 3 stars for the way I love the look of these shams and they really pull my room together. But they are very cheaply made and waaaay overpriced! I will keep them, for the look, but the quality for price should be negative 3. Hate to say it, an I am really conflicted, but I'm VERY disappointed in some of the changes I've noticed in with LL Bean. However, as native Mainer, it is hard to let go of the LL Bean "Dream."
