Love this shirt, but it shrunk.
This shirt fit so well when I tried it on. It is warm and soft and had great tummy coverage. However, after washing it shrunk up almost 2 inches. I followed washing instructions and hung to dry.
I would like to exchange, but the same color is no longer available.

Normally a great shirt...
This shirt has lost its shape with only 2 washings and definitely needs to be ironed after the dryer. It is only two weeks old. I purchased a shirt just like this about 8 years ago in white from LLBean and it is still a great shirt. This shirt does not match up to that older purchase.

Great substitute for turtlenecks
Nice, thick, soft cotton. The neck doesn't choke me like a turtle- or mockneck. With the folded-over shawl collar, the fabric makes it cozy around my neck area. If I need more warmth, I can easily tuck a light scarf in or around the neck. The oatmeal color is nice--natural, not too pale, nor too brown, just right. Love this shirt so much I went back to buy more, but the only other color I like is white--please consider sage! You've got a lot of sage items--wish you'd use it for this shirt (and also your polar fleece long bathrobe!). Also navy would be welcome. And finally thank you for no elastic at the cuffs! I push my sleeves up a lot and don't need the vise-like grip of elastic at my wrists. Length of sleeves and body excellent! I washed in cold and line-dried, no shrinkage whatsoever. Fantastic shirt! Please keep this in your catalogue! and p.s. The fit is generous on me but that's what I like.

Side Measurements Too Short
I have a couple of these however I will not order any more. They look great, but after washing, the "pit to bottom hem" distance shrinks and is far too short for the plus sizes. Whenever I bend over, the back rides up exposing a significant amount of my skin. I didn't feel comfortable wearing them to work for this reason.

Very Comfortable and Flattering
I bought this shirt to replace one I’d had for years. This one is softer and the color is just beautiful. The fit is true to size and it didn’t shrink when it was washed. I’ll be wearing this all the time.
