Poor sizing
I normally wear a size 11. However I previously ordered a different style of slippers from LL Bean and an 11 was too small, so I ordered a 12 which was too big. I sent them back and received a size 11 today, which is still too big. I've never had such difficulty finding something in the right size and I want to love these slippers - they're incredibly well made and seem like they'd be incredibly warm during a Wisconsin winter - but good luck finding the right size. I'll never order footwear online again that's for sure.
