Inspired by an original - ours. Our Field Coat was first introduced in 1924 as the Maine Duck Hunting Coat. It was an immediate favorite - loved for its rugged look and quality craftsmanship. Plus, it coordinated perfectly with our Maine Duck Hunting Boots (now known as "Bean Boots"). The legacy continues with this stylish lighter version. Great fit
I bought the jacket as a reward for the weight I lost. The jacket has a great fit, comfortable through the shoulders. The front pockets are deep enough to hold items securely.

Beautifully made, odd design.
The jacket is a wonderful color, and well constructed, with perfect detailing in the stitching. I don't understand the design which is awkwardly bulky in the torso, and completely unflattering. It might be very cute on a short and plump person. It was returned.
