Wonderful warm jacket, and very good looking too!
This is a great winter jacket for the 42nd latitude--perfect for walking the dog, shoveling the driveway and pretty much any other wintertime activity. It's very warm, and the detachable hood is also very warm and protects from the elements quite well. Finally, it's a nice looking jacket to boot.

Hardware is lacking quality
The hardware is not great unfortunately. The snaps holding the hood are very weak and come undone if you pick up the coat by the hood. I would have liked to see them have better quality and also use metal zippers. Overall the coat is fine but I wouldn't pay full price for it. Considering it was a gift I will enjoy and continue to use it. The coat is stylish and the tall sizes are nice.
