These are very warm and I can walk outside without my toes freezing, which is why I bought them. Though the show is my size is a little loose around the ankle, and if I would to buy again, I'd get the higher one with more ankle support.

Great alternative to boots!
Great alternative to boots. The fit works well for me (I take a wide size) and the structure holds the foot secure. No water seepage detected so far. Not too stiff either (other snow sneakers have been terribly stiff) and warm without feeling overly hot. A really good addition to LL Bean’s line. Bought a second pair.

The toe bed is not deep enough and it's too narrow. A rounded toe bed would be more comfortable over all.

Perfect for winter walks
Bought these in size seven for walking with my son in CO. They were perfect. Also just right for home in IN. Color is different and attractive. I went up half a size because I wanted to wear heavier socks.

Weird sizing! Wide - not wide
the toe box is very narrow. These shoes do not have the characteristics of a wide shoe. WHY isn’t there more consistency in size with LL Bean shoes????
I wanted to like them (love the color), but it was impossible. I do not recommend for wide feet. Size down a 1/2 size seems appropriate as well.
