Nice but too long
I love the fabric and color and the fit from waistline through thigh, but these are the first size regular (not tall) L.L. Bean pants that have ever been too long for me at the bottom. I ordered the same size that I always order, so this length took me by surprise. Not quite sure why someone decided this style needs to be a good two inches longer. Plan to wash them in warm water and then have them shortened if necessary.

New Version of Great Pants for Petites
I just got these shortened and have worn them only once. It's not easy to find pants for petites, so I am glad to find something that works. I have these in the ankle length version in both blue and green. The material for the blue is slightly different because they don't soften like the green material does, even after multiple washings. I'm counting on these doing the same. if I can circle back and add to this review, will do so.

Absolutely adore these pants!!!
I'm 5'9" 160 lbs with long legs, smaller waist and wide hips. It is a pain to find utility pants that don't flood at the ankles or hug too tight in the hips. If you're taller than most, have a fairly fit shape and wanna have a relaxed, saggy and swaggy sporty kinda look, get these! You will not be disappointed!

Hold their shape over multiple wears
These pants are awesome! Super flattering and held their shape over multiple wears. I took them on a 10 day European vacation and they held up nicely. I’m tall, 5’10” and felt perhaps the only thing that i wish could be better is the length of the inseam. They’re right on the cusp of being too short for me but they ended up working out! I wish there were more colors.
