With a pull-on elastic waistband, our most comfortable chinos have an easygoing feel and just the right amount of stretch. These wide-leg cropped pants look and feel great all day long.
It's not easy to make a classic even better, but we did. First, we added a touch of stretch to traditional cotton and washed it for exceptional softness and ease. Then, we added a full elastic waistband for comfort worthy of lounging and style ready for any occasion.

Baggy and stiff
The fabric is very stiff and shiny, as if it were cotton dipped in shellac. Really wierd! The fit is baggy...I wanted wide legs, but not pants baggy in hips, seat and crotch. The elastic waist is wide and very stiff. Altogether an unattractive and very uncomfortable product. I was looking for cropped pants in a mid-weight cotton fabric that is soft and drapes comfortably, with wide legs and a moderately relaxed but not baggy fit. And please, forget the lycra!

Lakewashed pants
I like the pants and I like the fit (elastic waist - important!) but they need to be ironed. I can live with a little bit of wrinkling but I haven't had to iron anything in many years. While the pants are what I wanted re: fit etc., I would not buy them again because they're simply too wrinkled after washing (in accord with the directions) to wear them anywhere but at home without ironing. Sorry!!

The Petite is Better!
I bought these Petite mid-rise crops to see if the Petite fit better than the Regular size Sunwashed Crops I bought a month ago. The Petite did fit better. Now I have two pair to wear in different colors - so comfy & a bit more finished looking which helps them to be more versatile & fun to wear. They wash beautifully & are ready to wear wherever!

Why don’t you offer these in a higher rise
Long-time clients here. I would buy one of these. But I already know that a mid-rise garment won’t work for me. Not one of these lakewashed pants is offered with a high rise. Are all of your clients short waisted now? What about the rest of us?
