Why discontinue
These are the best jeans. 100 cotton is much more comfortable than the new stretch jeans. They have been my go to for years. So disappointed in LL Bean for disconnecting them especially since they still offer them for men.

Disappointing, returned.
These jeans just did not fit well, they seem to run small and were too short (I’m 5’ 6” 135 lbs. and ordered 10 med/tall). I returned them.

Always love the clothes I order from LL bean. These jeans fit well but I was a little disappointed that they are so stiff and that the material doesn't give a little. Nonetheless I will wear them well.

the only jeans are amazing
LLBean-Womans Double L Jeans ,Ultra High-Rise Comfort Waist Tappered Leg are the only jeans i buy they are perfect in every way out standing wear long lasting great fit and comfort i am only 4ft 11in petite and iam 200 lbs and size 18 the fit is perfect, just right. I only buy these jeans because of the out standing quility, the color doesnt fade after many washes, they are 100% cotton, the button and zipper are very strong and durable, but I am very upset because i have not been able to purchase these jeans for some time. These jeans were why i continued to shop at LL Bean because no other stores carried these jeans, I have purchased many other items from them but those jeans were the reason i continued to shop there, I am hopping they will continue to sale these jeans or they will lose a very happy customer.

Overall a great buy. Fits well, sturdy cotton denim with a high rise…just like the kind once found in any clothing store. Plus a comfort waist with stretch side panels. Just bought a second pair. More colors please.

Bring back Double L jeans! Not everyone wants stretch denim! Double L was old style 100% cotton denim with NO STRETCH!! Read your reviews and BRING THEM BACK!
