Great slippers
Very happy with this purchase. Replaced an approximately 10 year old pair of the same style after the sole separated from the upper, The quality of the lining+ the soft suede upper remains great. The one thing that seemed to have changed is the sizing —it seems to run a full size small. I usually wear a size 5.5 to 6 shoe. I ordered a size 7 + it fit perfectly. Had the same experience last year with the bootie style.

Yeah but NO
I have been wearing this particular LL Bean slipper everyday for almost 4 years now - I think I recently purchased my 3rd or 4th pair because they are perfect for wearing around the house - When I received my new pair, they actually hurt to wear? I really couldn't figure out what was different about them. I was quite sad about it and LL Bean was awesome- they replaced them. So Now that I am wearing the new replaced pair, I think that I have it figured it out maybe- has the inside lining changed? the lining creeps up in between toes and becomes uncomfortable - I haven't had this new replacement pair very long and the insole inside the slipper is already low. I wear them around the house, so they get worn alot BUT my previous pairs lasted a year at least! These won't do so I won't be purchasing them again. The insole is very uncomfortable - and if you see the photo, the fluffy bit has already disappeared from the outside of the left foot.

Why only one color choice?
I seem to remember these slippers being offered in two different colors. That hasn't been the case in a very long time. Why? I really loved them, but I'm not overly fond of this color.

Design Change?
The pair that I have are so uncomfortable - was there a design change? the inside of the slipper just is not good on my foot- very uncomfortable - This is 3-4th pair that I have owned so am sad ?
