Much smaller than 34. Also purchased shorts - purchased same exact pair last year (and still wear them). The ones recently sent are significantly tighter than the pair purchased last year. Sizing way off. I have two 34 shorts that are vastly different in size

Too small
Pants were excellent quality. Sizing was way off. My husband wears a 33” waist. They were much smaller - about a 31”.
