Old friends are back - but run small
I had Blucher mocs decades ago, and wore them for years until they disintegrated. After being gone from the Bean catalog for so long, I was thrilled to see they have finally returned. I hi-tailed it to my local Bean store to pick up a pair. They look pretty much the same as they did in my youth, with soft, comfortable leather uppers, which made me happy. However, my normal size (7.5) proved to be surprisingly tight in the toes, so I had to step up to an 8, which fits fine. This shoe does not come in Wide (which I usually wear), only Medium, but the leather is pliable enough that they still fit comfortably, and the break-in has been painless so far. Take-away: If you loved these shoes in the past, grab this chance to pick up another pair -- but consider sizing up for a proper fit.

Quality is good but ran small.
I was so excited to see Bean make these after not seeing them for decades. I normally take an 8.5m or wide. These were incredibly small on me. Not just the width but the length. I could barely get my feet into them. Disappointed because they are nice looking and very classic. If they are ever offered in wide I would try a 9w.
