Nice size and convenient.
Bought this bag because our usual carry-on bags were slightly larger than allowed by Icelandair. They have a smaller maximum size for their bags. This bag was somewhat larger than allowed but it’s soft so it could be squished into the bin that bags had to fit.

Too small, not the same as older ones
No better than any other carry on suitcase now that they changed them. No room for anything. I would return it but I had it monogrammed since I love all of the ones I’ve bought in the past. I’m very upset that I iwasted so much money. I hate it and will never use it.

A tad small
This "medium" size may be the perfect size for airplane carry on, but for a two-three nite trip, it's a bit small and should be called small. Please make a size in between your medium and large. The size jump is significant between those two but much smaller between the large and extra large.
