We've improved our most popular medium duffle, loved since 1996 for its travel-tough durability, fun colors and great price. Now made of 100% recycled fabrics, with a new U-shaped zipper that opens wider for easier access. Meets most airline carry-on requirements.
Introducing our best-ever Adventure Duffle, redesigned using customer feedback, product reviews and tests from our own in-house lab. We chose a rugged fabric that's 100% recycled--and just as strong as before. Next, we packed it with improvements, including a wider opening, more comfortable shoulder strap and a new storage pouch you can use as a packing cube while traveling. Available in sizes and colors for every member of the family!
- PFC/PFAS-free durable water repellent (DWR).
- Fabrics are made from recycled plastic bottles; this 35L bag uses 17 plastic bottles.
- 100% recycled 600-denier polyester on body, with 100% recycled 1000-denier polyester on base that's twice as abrasion resistant for added durability.
- Coated interior for added weather protection; tested for 24 hours in our deep freeze with no signs of cracking, flaking or peeling.
- Waterproof fabrics. Zippers and seams not waterproof.
- Spot clean.
- Grab handles at either end for easy maneuvering, with low-profile lash points.
- Roomy main compartment.
- Zipper flap adds weather protection.
- New U-shaped zippered opening offers 50% more access to contents inside.
- Handles have wrap closure for comfortable carrying.
- Adjustable, removable shoulder strap has improved sliding design with wider symmetrical padding.

Great waterproof bag
I thought the waterproofing was on the outside but it looks fine a regular duffel with the waterproofing inside so my grandson can visit home and carry what he needs. We got the medium red with his initials on it he loved it

Great features. Weird materials/smell
I bought this two Christmases ago for a trip home and it was the perfect size for the plane. Love the waterproof interior, simple design, etc. However, I’ve recently taken this bag out to use for another trip and have spent like two months trying to get this odd smell out of it. When I first got it in 2023, my family commented on the smell as being musky, but I figured it was due to the materials and poly interior and it’d air out with time. Since taking it out again around TG, I’ve washed it in vinegar, detergent, and put it in the sun for several days and this thing just won’t smell any better. I’ve never even put anything wet into it. Idk if I got a dud (I have the white hex pattern), but it’s something to be mindful of. Other than that, it’s a perfect bag.
