We've improved our most popular small duffle, loved since 1996 for its travel-tough durability, fun colors and great price. Now made of 100% recycled fabrics, with a new U-shaped zipper that opens wider for easier access. Meets most airline carry-on requirements.
Introducing our best-ever Adventure Duffle, redesigned using customer feedback, product reviews and tests from our own in-house lab. We chose a rugged fabric that's 100% recycled--and just as strong as before. Next, we packed it with improvements, including a wider opening, more comfortable shoulder strap and a new storage pouch you can use as a packing cube while traveling. Available in sizes and colors for every member of the family!
- 100% recycled 600-denier polyester on body, with 100% recycled 1000-denier polyester on base that's twice as abrasion resistant for added durability.
- Coated interior for added weather protection; tested for 24 hours in our deep freeze with no signs of cracking, flaking or peeling.
- PFC/PFAS-free durable water repellent (DWR).
- Waterproof fabrics. Zippers and seams not waterproof.
- Fabrics are made from recycled plastic bottles; this 20L bag uses 11 plastic bottles.
- Spot clean.
- Grab handles at either end for easy maneuvering, with low-profile lash points.
- New U-shaped zippered opening offers 50% more access to contents inside.

Useful at a minimal size
I use this as a gym bag and it's just large enough to carry a bathing suit, towels and sandals. the zippered front is good for things that I usually carry in my pants pocket but are too heavy when I exercise. The one drawback was the strap was too long and I was unable to shorten it enough so I attached a strap from a different bag. This bag would be useful to carry bare essentials on an overnight trip especially when you want something you don't have to check into luggage on a plane.

Perfect for 2 nights with a backpack
Haven’t tried it yet, but I think it will be perfect for a 2-night trip along with a backpack. Nicely made, handle plus a strap, and it has a case for storage. A good buy, I think.

Good work bag
I got this as a work commuter bag. It's compact but still spacious for my lunch, a large book, gloves/hats/layers in the winter, and any documents I may need to take home. The extra size particularly allows me to pack a larger lunch container like a salad bowl or microwavable soup/chili container right side up, without up-ending the container and causing leaks, but it's still small enough to work as a shoulder bag or briefcase. The black bag is appropriate with professional business attire. It's probably too small as a weekender duffle but it's perfect as a commuter or gym bag.

Great bag strong material I thought the LLbean on the bag would be sewn instead of iron on I was a bit disappointed on that but other than that I like the bag
