Possibly the best item in LL Bean's catalogue
I had been wearing a pair of these "Wicked Good Slippers" for 10 years when the front sole started wearing through. So ... I need a new pair. After 10 years! From what I can see, the quality looks equal 10 years later. These are extremely comfortable and great for winter around the house. They are not meant for outside. Ten years ago, I bought a size 9 and worried at first they would be too small. They stretched quite nicely. This time I bought a size 10 and the fit is snug, so all is OK. These slippers are a fine product and definitely worth that cost if they can last 10 winters.

comfortable and quiet
I've had a couple of pairs of the rubber soled slippers which I've enjoyed, but these are more comfortable. And very quiet which I imagine my downstairs neighbors appreciating.

Does not fit correctly
While the instructions indicate this item is best worn without socks, that does not make up for the fact that the soles are way too narrow for the size of the slipper. My feet were hanging over the sides at the arch, and it felt as if I was walking on a narrow board.
