Need darker colors
Light colors like this show the dirt instantly, which does not work for me. Also, others' comments about thin fabrics and erratic sizing have warned me off.

much warmer that unlineed chinos
Down to about 20-degrees, I usually wear unlined chinos with very light long underpants. I do not think these lined pants, worn alone, are as warm as this. However, wearing the lined pants with the same long underwear is a great combination that is warm and wind-resistant.
The pants are not bulky and have all the good attributes of the unlined chinos. The flannel lining is very lhin and tightly stuck to the outer layer. I think the effect is of wind-resistance rather than insulation.

Unnatural Natural fit pants
I purchased two pairs of natural fit, fleece lined chino pants. I returned both pairs due to poor fit. The natural fit felt uncomfortable in contrast to a similar pair of pants I purchased from Bean years ago.
