New Go-To Carcoat
Outstanding quality. An LL Bean hallmark. Great classic design and a very handsome plaid lining. Plus, it’s a great value. An outstanding purchase!

Great coat, unmanageable lining
I've owned my field coat for three years and it shows no sign of wear. It;s an ideal working coat, but smart enough to wear on other occasions. I ordered a version with a wool-nylon lining which was button-in, not sewn. This is very difficult to put on without the liner bunching up at the back, and it can take a minute (or two) to straighten it out. Please make this liner with a sewn-in liner too.

Don't repeat my mistake...
I had one and gave it away. I regretted that decision so I bought another one. I am happy with my purchase.
