Still love these towels!
LLBean has requested a second review from me about the Marled Organic towels, don't know why, but here it is: I've used them perhaps 3 weeks now, and find them wonderful, quick drying, absorbent, and pleasing to the eye. I hope that a green marled set is in the pipeline. Again, don't use fabric softener, just some vinegar in the rinse cycle, to help cotton be absorbent rather that be repellant, when you are drying yourself.

Beautiful absorbent organic cotton towels!
I washed the towels before using, and used vinegar in the rinse cycle, as fabric softener would put a coating on the towels that makes them much less absorbent. Result: very absorbent, pleasing marl feldspar and white texture, looks great with my black and white tiled bathroom floor. I love that they are light and not bulky, dry fast (both me and themselves after using). Very classy, and so glad when LLBean chooses organic materials for their products!

Don't Waste Your Money
Very disappointed. Although I like the "marled" blue and white, the towels themselves are flat and thin. Sort of like what you might find if your gym provided towels. My husband, who seldom notices domestic items, remarked that these towels looked thin and cheap. Will I keep them? Don't know. Maybe just shove in the back of the closet and give to guests.
