Surprisingly poor quality
This is the third pair I’ve tried after returning previous 2 arrivals for irregular lining and exterior scuffing. This pair does not have wrinkles in the leather, but the stitching with very coarse string is completely exposed and rubs horribly on my heels. I don’t think I’ve ever had a pair of shoes or boots where the stitching next to the foot is not covered. VERY disappointing quality for a LLBean product. I will be returning this 3rd and final pair.

New ones are equally as good and better design as you would expect after 15 years.
