Top loop keeps breaking x2
After the first day of school the hanger loop broke, LLBEAN was very nice and gave us a new bag. After a week the same thing happened again. I didn’t ask for a new one again. Unfortunately we will just keep using this bag till my son grows out of it, no point of buying a new one when knowing the same loop will break. Just remove the loop if it can’t handle the purpose. Over all the bag is great just disapointed in the quality pose to how bag where made back in the 90s and early 2000s

Top handle broke off in less than 5 months.
Backpack was used by a preschooler and within 2 months, the top handle started fraying. It eventually just broke off on one side. They need to go back to their old manufacturer bc my oldest daughter has had the exact same backpack since 2021 and it's in great condition.

School Backpack Good and Bad
I bought this backpack a month ago and within the first 2 weeks the handle ripped off from the body of the backpack. I am extremely disappointed. The backpack itself is very nice and seems of quality however I’m afraid it will not make it to the end of the school year. This was too expensive to buy for 2 months of use. Not sure if I will consider buying again for the next school year. Just very disappointing.
