Poor quality
Roomy and has enough compartments. However, top strap has separated on the very first day before my son even made it to school. Definitely not what I expected from the brand. I have seen similar reviews and should've stayed away.

Great backpack, lots of room.
I bought this backpack for my daughter when she started college in August. The strap on top broke after 2 weeks of use. She loves the backpack and has continued to use it until she is home for the holiday break.

Love the space, missing the quality
I’ve used this bag only 2 days and the top strap is already detaching and fraying. Definitely a disappointment and not the LLBean quality I’m used to. The bag itself is spacious and has plenty of pockets, so if the quality was there, it’d be fantastic.
