It is versatile and the quality is top notch. Is is easy to navigate whether for a flight or car trip. It is lightweight and handles the rigor of being checked with ease.

Very disappointing
I wanted to love this carry on. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. The clasps that are on the outside straps and help to hold the bag securely closed are made of plastic. On my first trip with this bag one of the clasps malfunctioned and would not open. Thinking it was caused by “user error “, I asked some of my traveling companions for help. None of us could get the clasp to open. I am returning the bag.

Loved this bag…the one time I was able to use it.
I bought this bag as well as its larger checked bag. I absolutely lived it. Except that the second time I used it, I had the same experience as several other posters here had. The bottom bar that it balances on just disappeared while walking through the airport. All thats left is two tiny screws and washers that were inside of the suitcase. The bag is useless now because it does not stand up at all. I purchased a bag from LL Bean because i have come to respect the quality of there merchandise. But this is a complete disappointment. Yue priduct is poorly constructed and there is mot even a waybto order a replacement part. I guess thats why they stopped the lifetime warranty.

This is not your Pullman of old
Using a Pullman for 15 years and the best bag I’ve had it broke and I sincerely regret trading it in, this has no external shoe pocket, the pockets are too small on the outside and not enough pockets for a serious traveler, the sippers are micro seam and will break I can already hear the teeth in the zipper pausing. This is not a serious global travel bag, it’s cheap and a failure of follow up from the original Pullman.
