Love the mocs
I am very happy with my purchase. Be sure to order at least one size down. I usually wear a size 7 and ordered a 6. It’s a good fit with a lot of room in the toes. I can wear thick socks comfortably. I love the insoles; I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes are very comfortable. My only issue is it is hard to tie the laces tight enough. I think it will get better as I break in the shoes.

Sizing is not Standard
I wear the rubber mocs for gardening, and they work quite well. Because of the odd sizing of the shoes, I ordered 3 pairs of these rubber mocs before I found the best fit. As many others have reported, the sizing is peculiar and the buyer should order the rubber mocs one full size smaller. The other problem is the heel is too wide. I wear a 10 W. I found the 9M to be the best fit, and even in a medium width the heel is still too loose. My suggestion to LL Bean. Make these rubber mocs with standard sizing -- less confusing for everyone.

Great Rubber Mocs!
These are wonderful shoes you can ware them in mud, snow, or ice. I just ordered my 2nd pair because I wore out my first pair after 15 years. I highly recommend these.

Okay, But They’re Not as Good as the GumShoes
Well made of quality materials and sturdy, reliable, waterproof rain slip-on shoes. They do run large, so as the description on the product site recommends, do size down one whole size. I sized down about a half size because these were final sale and I’d rather risk their being too large and putting in extra padded insoles or wearing thick knitted socks. It’s hard to tighten them enough because of the lacing system, which is a first for me. It goes around the rim of the shoe and then through one single loop at the end of that leather lace. Extremely difficult to pull tight. Then the ends of the laces go through the two holes punched into the flaccid leather exterior tongue of the shoe. It’s awkward and cumbersome to tie and tie tight enough, but once they are tied, they’re supposed to be kept that way. The shoe slips on and off. I like the low profile and the slip-on ease, but I hate the lacing mechanism and the loose outer tongue design where the laces are tied closed. I prefer the lacing of the BeanBoots, but wish I could get them in this low height. I will put in another padded insole in at least one shoe that is on my slightly smaller foot. They did come in a wide width for women, though, and I am grateful. The nice shiny dark brown rubber on one of them got scratched on concrete or something outside and I only wore them twice when I noticed that happened. There’s no way to smooth that out of the rubber.
