Our three-foot wide USA-made Waterhog mat comes in a variety of length options to suit any space. Features an L.L.Bean-exclusive design.
- Thickness/door clearance: 3/8".
- Crush-resistant design, with thick and thin fibers for scraping dirt and containing water.
- Raised border helps contain water; can hold up to 1½ gallons of water per square yard.
- 24 oz. polyester fabric is made from at least 90% recycled polyester.

This life saver of a mat keeps my pups outdoor mess confined to it. I have this running from my doggie door and over my oriental rug. It looks great and is way better than the beach towels I used to put down!

Outstanding Mat.
This is my first LLBean mat/rug. I could not be happier with the outstanding quality. The design of the trees is subtle and a nice touch. We got the green mat for ourselves and grey one for a family member. We are so happy with them. They for sure do not slide, work perfectly to trap the water and slush and crud. It cleans up easily.

It's pretty, BUT
I based my purchase on the size of the rug: 3' x 6'. The rug is very pretty and should stand up to a lot of traffic. However, I REALLY wanted it to be the size stated. Instead, it is 1" short of three feet wide, not bad; but it is 3" short of six feet long. One might ask, why quibble? I just think it should be the size stated, that's all. I guess I'm wondering now if I should have ordered the 4' wide one? Would it have fit? I don't know...just bummed out.

Love it!
I have looked at these rugs for years and finally talked myself into it! I love it!! It stops all of the grass clippings my dogs drag into the house. I just have to vacuum it all the time!!

Wait and see
too early to tell, relecting back on another Waterhog, but a smaller mat, it has held its own, but the backing could be a little less stiff, and adhere more to the surface.
