size not quite
I like the material. the workman ship, everything except the sizing. I could not get them to snap at the waist. I have no problems with Chinos that I have bought (albeit a bit snug) in the same size (16 petite), but these were impossible (like three inches between closing). I gave them to a friend as she could wear them. SHe's a 14 and they were snug on her in the waist also, but she could get them to work.

I would love, but…
These are perfect in every way, but they are not mid-rise by any stretch of the imagination. They barely come above ‘plumber’s crack’ area when they are pulled all the way up and you are standing perfectly straight. This makes them completely unusable unless you know you only wear them when you know you will not have to bend over or be seen by anyone.

Disappointing
I tried 3 different sizes in both petite and regular and could not find a pair that fit. Seems to run very small. Returned all of them and will look elsewhere for jeans. Disappointing:/

Beautiful jeans! Fit perfect!
These pants fit me perfect! I am a size 4, 134lbs, and chose a 4 and they seriously fit like a glove. I love the color choices too. These also are very loose in the leg which is a nice change from all the skinny jeans that fit like leggings. These jeans fit like jeans should. The waist is a bit tighter. I find that for every LLBean pair I have ever owned tho. I don’t know why they do that. But they are so comfortable I bought a second pair on the spot. So happy I found another color. The leg opening seems boot cut too which again is a nice change. Just grab them and try them. You won’t be disappointed. LLBean has the best quality. You get what you pay for is my motto, and these are definitely excellent quality and made so beautifully!!
