Great Vest
I love the retro style of this vest, it looks very comfortable and feels like it will keep me very warm. I bought the 82 style coat from LL Bean last year and love it, so I'm excited to have a vest in the same style. I haven't had the chance to wear it yet because it hasn't gotten cold where I live, but when it does I love these vests. It will keep my midsection warm nicely. I bought a size small and it gave me plenty of room underneath to also wear a sweatshirt or other layers.

Not the Best Red Vest
This is not a quality vest. For the price it should have a It It should have a front zipper AND pocket zippers too! It is too light weight & not very warm. The pockets should be lined & while the color is stunning, it is not the quality I remember and loved from LL Bean! The snaps will tear out of the thin nylon fabric eventually too! This is a $49.00 at best!

Light and puffy!
Bought this vintage vest for a friend and she won’t take it off! She loves it! The shape is great and the size is a perfect fit. And of course the red color is fab with such a detailed inner lining to match. Very happy.

A Blast From The Past
I long for traditionally styled items and I remember this vest from my college days. It is high quality and I appreciate the lack of zippers on the side pockets. I sized up to a large so a sweater would fit underneath. I'm glad I chose the yellow that's no longer offered. I was so impressed that I ordered the green. When offered again in the fall, I intend to order in blue. Thank you LL Bean for re-issuing familiar garments from the past!
