Our sweater is crafted from 100% premium lambswool yarns that are richly textured and noticeably softer than competitors' versions. In fact, it's practically impossible to find other ragg sweaters made without using lesser wool-blend yarns. Each of our ragg wool sweaters is designed stitch by stitch with time-honored styling and details that come straight from our archives.

Very soft and warm.
This is a great sweater and extremely warm. The pattern is striking, and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments. I also find the colorway very versatile, ivory with accents of taupe and brown.
The wool is soft and not scratchy.
It fits true to size, and for the type of thick sweater it is , is flattering and not bulky.

Amazing Quality
This is the type of LL Bean purchase that makes you realize that you truly get what you pay for. This is well crafted, and thick wool. I received tons of compliments on the one day I was able to wear it. (I live in the south and ordered it late in the season.) Looking forward to getting lots of use next season.
