Got to try a pair.
Have been wanting to try a pair, as I have always hiked in regular boots. Saw a pair at the outlet store in Freeport and went for it. Have worn them in the woods, to school and out in the yard.

Heel blister...ouch!
These hiking shoes gave me a nasty blister on my heel the first time I wore them! Ouch!! And I normally like Oboz shoes. I haven't been brave enough to wear them a 2nd time...

Comfortable, dry,
I bought these a month ago. Walked/hiked in the Cotswolds in England through muddy fields, often complicated by unavoidable cow flaps and sheep dung. I stayed dry, comfortable, and stable in the extra wide version. These hiking shoes should last a long time - I don’t expect to need another pair
