With a pull-on elastic waistband, our most comfortable chinos have an easygoing feel and just the right amount of stretch. These flowing wide-leg pants look and feel great all day long.
It's not easy to make a classic even better, but we did. First, we added a touch of stretch to traditional cotton and washed it for exceptional softness and ease. Then, we added a full elastic waistband for comfort worthy of lounging and style ready for any occasion.

Very happy with these pants--soft but crisp fabric, toasted coconut color is a rich khaki. The styling is very cute and on trend. Perfect for in-between weather. Also got chambray and the striped ones, which are also great. Thinking about getting these in crops as well. Most of all, thank you LLBean, for giving us the soft, gentle waist that hits below the belly button. Some of us are not 25 years old; some of us have had babies and the waist is a thing of the past. Much appreciated!

Returned. Too voluminous, too stiff
The material was too stiff, the cut too much extra material. I would say they are oversized and run larger than expected. Just all around unsatisfactory which is odd for me buying from LLB. I returned them. Disliked the material enough that not willing to bother trying another size. Wide legs were also uncomfy.

Comfortable, but color not as described
These pants are very comfortable for warm-weather wear, with good pockets and an adjustable waist. But the color that is described as 'coal dust' is actually a brownish-olive. Wish there were more colors.

Regular inseam too short and wrinkle badly
I have the wideleg capris and hopped I would like these longer chino type pants. For some reason the inseam seems shorter so when I bend over they ride down too much despite fitting well. Also, they come out of the dryer all wrinkled, almost in a ball.I took them out right away too. A bit of ironing is fine, but this would be extensive.

Lakewashed Pull-on Wide Lege Pants
I have been a customer since the 1950's. For years I bought the Bayside Twill Chinos. Then they were discontinued. I was sick. They were they only pants that fit me. Then a wonderful LLBean Advisor suggested I buy the Lakewashed Pull-On pants. OMG. I ended up buying 3 pair. Love them. Fit like a glove.

Rise Extremely Short
The rise on these pants is too short (even for a petite) to be comfortable. They also shrank after washing and drying. I did like the style and fabric however.
