It's been updated with a better fit, new stretch woven fabric that's softer and better ventilation. Best of all, Tropicwear still provides UPF 50+ sun protection, or about 10 times more than a white cotton tee.

Great summer shirt
This is my 7th one of these shirts. The plaid material is a little different as it is just a tad rougher feeling & a tad larger overall. Would not keep me from buying it though. I wear these shirts as a cover up from the intense sun in the dog days of summer in the south. It is the coolest shirt I have found so far. Appreciate this shirt being offered in Petite - I can actually leave the cuffs unbuttoned & not have my hands swallowed up with fabric.

Waiting for cooler weather to enjoy this long sleeve version of tropic wear shirt…very nice color..really enjoy the muted- blue plaid.
