Poor quality of construction
I have purchased several of these types of shirts over the years. The basic design is very good and I like the petite fit, which is hard to find. But this latest shirt is very poorly made. The thread is poor quality, which caused the seams to pucker after one wash. The stitches are larger than previously, which gives the garment a cheap look and will make it less durable. There are even hanging threads on the inside. Yes, I can clip those, but for $75.00, I shouldn't have to. It's just sad to see LL Bean's quality going downhill like this.

Great for Birding in the Tropics!
Excellent fit, great pockets. Wore on a birding tour in Costa Rica and it kept me cool. Breast pocket large enough for iPhone and closes securely with Velcro. Would like it in some darker colors (especially greens) for birding.

Love these shirts
I have this shirt in three different colors and I find that I wear them year around.
A word about the logo above left pocket:
I don’t mind having the logo, but if you iron this shirt (even with cool iron setting 3 Polyester) the logo will melt and come
off. I didn’t expect that.
Otherwise, great shirt, good fit, lightweight, good colors, versatile piece.
