Cute Design but Thin
The design of this vest is fantastic, but the filling appears to be very sparse. One washing will probably be the end of it. I bought the same vest years ago and it seemed a lot heavier and fuller. Unfortunately, I lost it so here we are, with what feels like a downgraded version.

Comfy perfect fit
Honestly this is great, it's the perfect amount of comfy and I love the angled zipper with high collar that's still soft against my skin. I'm 5'4" 200lbs and the got the large which fits well.

Get it before winter catches you short!
I’ve only used it once, due to nice weather. It was comfortable , warm and attractive-I will not need a scarf because of the way the vest wraps around the neck as it zips up. I esp. appreciate how the LlBean label has been redesigned so it’s no longer the most prominent feature but subtly visible to those admiring such a stylish vest and wondering where to find it. The longer length and water repellent exterior will be much appreciated this winter!

Asymmetrical Closure is Not Attractive
Love the color and the warmth, but dislike the asymmetrical closure and the thickness of the vest. You must zip the best all the way up for it to look good. (Leaving it unzipped causes it to look uneven.) and the thickness of the vest makes me look like the Michelin man! I wanted to like it but sadly sent it back.
