Tough Material
I purchased a month ago. Unfortunately the material is so stiff, i had to google ways to make it softer. Nothing seems to work. While the bag is durable its tough to use on a daily basis.

Love this bag! It is roomy, attractive, and holds a laptop and so much more! I agree that a zipper would be a good thing, but that doesn't detract from my satisfaction with the bag.
