The shoes are comfortable. My problem is that they are not stain resistant. I have a stain on my shoe from an unknown source. I had a virtual chat with a so-called product specialist on how to remove the stain. Besides recommending wiping with a damp cloth he had no idea how to treat it.

Difficult to put on
Although the size was essentially correct, was
Otherwise a beautiful product, were impossible to put on without a long shoehorn. The opening is too tight. Perhaps to protect from ice, etc, but hard to put on and not really comfortable.

Frustrating experience
Impossible to put on, the foot opening is to narrow and the heel squishes down. Purchased a shoe horn to try to make the shoe fit. Exhausting and frustrated experience so I returned them.
