An excellent shirt with fine detail work
I found this to be an exceptionally nice shirt. First, I like the feel of the fabric, which is soft but has some heft to it suggesting it will hold up (and my previous LL Bean chambray shirts have done just that). Second, there are small details that suggest care went into the production of this shirt. These include a button in the collar at the back of the neck, an exact matching of the pattern for the pocket, and very nice work on the side seams, which are finished off with an extra piece of fabric. I bought a second one of these as well as some of the solid colors because of how well they are made.

Different From Other Shirts
Of all my shirts I own, this one stands out, above and beyond. Typically I wear light cotton shirts, this shirt doesn’t meet that mold. The fabric is thicker and more durable. I have worn it twice, both times I dropped food on the front and both times the stain came out with pre-treatment and a gental wash cycle. Great shirt all around.
